The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Transaction Manager with an established, car dealership group based in Southampton.


A rare and unique opportunity to join an established business with a great reputation on the south coast and beyond, selling a reliable, great brand and working within an amazing environment.

A modern facility, you will be given the environment and toolsto succeed in this role.


As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Upskill and oversee 5 Sales Executives plus a junior sales executives. Alongside another Transaction Manager, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Overseeing the sale of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the FCA guidelines.

Oversee forecourt management.

Manage the sales process & used car performance within the dealership.

Stacking deals.

Proposing finance cases.

Second facing customers.

Ensuring the best levels of customer service at all times.


The Package:

Basic salary of £23,100 OTE £65,000 uncapped plus company car and great company benefits.
