Job Description - Health Care Assistant / Support Worker

Hazelford Care Home, Boat Lane, Bleasby, Nottinghamshire, NG14 7FT

We are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Dayshift & Nightshift Care Workers for our care home in Bleasby, Nottinghamshire.

Flexibility: Shift pattern:Dayshift: 8am-8pm

Nightshift: 8pm-8am

You would also be working alternate weekends

If you are invited to attend an interview, we will discuss your availability; however, you should be able to work at our peak times throughout the day and at weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

To look after the emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a personcentered approach
To physically assist clients and help them where required
To offer care that is based on dignity, compassion, wellbeing and responsiveness to their changing needs
To create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their family and friends and other stakeholders
