Job Summary:
A boutique Residential Fund Manager are seeking an ambitious Junior Investment Asset Manager to join their growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a successful company that can provide a very different back drop to the start in your career.

You will have full exposure to the Investment lifecycle, supporting the team with market analysis, acquisition, as well as asset and fund management.

This would suit an ambitious, and highly numerate Real Estate graduate, preferably with c0-6 months experience. Finance/Business graduates with a passion for Real Estate will also be considered.

With £15m in assets under their management and deals in place to nearly double that before the end of this year - it's fair to say this is a great time to join With their office in the East Midlands, we are hoping to speak to any professionals currently in the region, or those that will be open to relocating.
