We are currently seeking School Support Staff to work in various schools, childcare or education settings across the area.As School Support Staff, you will work under the direction of teachers and senior leadership to provide assistance to pupils and help ensure the smooth running of the school.

- Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils, including onetoone support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of classroom activities and lessons
- Help to maintain a safe and secure learning environment for pupils
- Assist with the supervision of pupils during break times and lunchtimes
- Assist with the preparation of resources and materials for lessons
- Help to maintain an orderly and tidy classroom environment
Requirements:
- A passion for working with children and supporting their learning
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in different schools and settings
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- A current Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service
- If you do not have a DBS registered online, Education World will provide full assistance in getting you one
