Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Part Time Sales Coordinator for a local manufacturing company based in the Droitwich area.

This role will lead to a permanent position after a successful probation period.


The role requires:


  • Confirming appointments arranged by the contact centre
  • Liaising with the contact centre manager
  • Planning routes
  • Keeping the regional consultants and sales agents updated with daily schedules
  • Dealing with any logístical problems that arise e.g cancellations.
  • Full control of appointments, arranging and cancelling when neccessary depending on the business needs

Hours of work:
(21 hours per week)

  • Saturday 9.30am 4.30pm
  • Sunday 9.30am 2pm (WFH every other Sunday)
  • Monday 9am 3pm
  • Tuesday 9am 3pm

Pay:

- £12,600 per year

  • Experience in a coordination role would be beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills
  • A positive cando attitude with a good eye for detail
  • Solutions focused able to use your own initiative
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
