Residential Property Paralegal
Leading Law Firm
Manchester

A leading, UK200 listed law firm who are based in Manchester City Centre are looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to join their team.


The duties will include:

  • Supporting the Residential Property team and assisting with their caseloads
  • Carry out searches
  • Drafting documents
  • Dealing with client enquires, and third parties.
  • Carrying out searches
  • Dealing with SDLT, Land Registry, AP1 etc
  • Carrying out any admin duties to support the fee earners
  • At least 6 months experience working within a Residential Property team,
  • Strong academics
  • Previous experience with case management systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work
  • Selfmotivated;
Working hours will be 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
