- Salary: £27,403 per annum
- Hours: 35 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
- Holidays: 12 statutory days (pro rata) 20 Annual days (pro rata).
- Location: Bryson Energy, Stockman House, Greater Belfast and Antrim and Newtownabbey Council Areas
Bryson Energy is part of the Bryson Group and through its Training and Employability projects Bryson Energy delivers Employment and Vocational Training programmes to young people and the unemployed.
The Recruitment Engagement Navigator will engage with prospective participants, stakeholders, and the wider communities to maximise programme uptake, specifically on the Skills for Life and Work Programme, through developing new referral streams and establishing strong relationships with new and existing referrals partners within the Greater Belfast and Newtownabbey areas.
- To recruit participants onto the Skills for Life and Work Programme.
- To promote and establish Bryson as the provider of choice for programme participants.
- To work to a set of agreed targets measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
- To develop links with school leavers, young adults, those economically inactive, or long term unemployed to encourage participation on training and employment programmes to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- To collaborate with existing referral partners, ensuring that the people who need us the most are recruited and supported through the programme registration process.
- To actively identify, engage and collaborate with new referral partners, to ensure a strong and sustainable registration pipeline is maintained within the Greater Belfast and Newtownabbey areas.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE at grade C or above including Maths and English
- Knowledge of community networks who provide support to or engage with young people.
- Minimum 1 years' paid experience of working in a similar role.
- Experience of building Community networks.
- Experience of working to Targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Experience of working accurately and with good attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively develop rapport with young people.
- Excellent level of IT skills including social media skills, communication skills and presentation skills
- Hold a full driving licence.
- Access to transport for work purposes as and when required.
