Technical Author
Our client is a well-regarded and highly skilled engineering service provider in the water industry.

Covering Kent and Hampshire they provide optimisation services and robust engineering solutions, with a varied portfolio across both waste and clean water.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing innovative business.

As a Technical Author, you will be part of the office-based team and become a valued member of the business.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Author will include:

Produce high-quality technical documentation, including O&M, installation guides, technical specifications, asset integration and Health and Safety documentation
Work closely with technical experts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation
Ensure it is presented in a clear and concise manner
Create technical documentation that meets industry standards and guidelines
Ensure that documentation is delivered on time
Maintain and update as required
Continuously improve documentation quality and processes

The requirements:

Full clean UK driving license
Minimum 2 years related experience in asset documentation, preferably in the UK water sector
Punctual and reliable
PC Literate and good communication skills

What they are offering
Ongoing CPD

25 days holiday + BH

Rate:
£26,000 to £30,000pa DOE

Hours:
Monday to Friday 40 hours a week

Contract:
Full-time permanent
