About the Opportunity
Are you an organized, proactive, and resourceful individual with a passion for creating a seamless and efficient working environment? Do you thrive on managing the day-to-day operations of an office and ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards? If so, we have an exciting part-time opportunity for you as an Office Coordinator in the vibrant city of London


Primary Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Property Management
  • Manage orders for office supplies
  • Keep kitchens stocked and in good working order
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage the London Lunch Program
  • Assist with any internal office moves, relocations and any miscellaneous office projects
  • Assist with implementing the UK Safety program
  • Manage all security functions, which include fob system, visitors, deliveries, cameras and liaising with onsite building security.
  • Assist with company pet policy procedure
  • Assist with implementing and managing desk booking procedure
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring to this Role

  • Proven experience as an Office/Facilities Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in facility management systems.
  • Some knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition

Additional Information
This is a 1-year part-time, fixed-term contract role working in our London office.
