Sales Coordinator

At HealthTrust Europe (HTE), we are seeking a Sales Coordinator with a passion for sales to join our procurement team, where you can make a difference within your role, take pride in your work and be part of a team that is taking the company into a new andexciting era.


As a Sales Coordinator you will be supporting the coordination of onboarding all members, ensuring a smooth transition onto CoreTrust Europe agreements.

You will develop a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders, assist with administrationfor the CoreTrust Europe team and facilitate resolution of any customer service issues.


Sales Coordinator Responsibilities include:


  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of assigned projects
  • Assist with the preparation of any necessary data and reports on Salesforce
  • Support the member implementation process and works with suppliers to ensure a smooth transition onto CoreTrust Europe agreements
  • Project management disciplines and timely delivery of assignments
  • Assist in facilitating resolution on customer service issues relating to CoreTrust Europe
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings with customers
  • Support the development and coordination of sales activities
  • Support cadence calls by the Account Manager with named Private Equities and their respective investment companies
  • Maintain up to date CRM information
  • Support the management of a limited number of customer accounts as directed by the Account Management Team
  • Assist in Identifying categories of interest to prospective and existing members
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements of working practices/processes
  • Perform duties in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Sales Coordinator Requirements:


  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, effective time management capabilities due to multiple deadlines
  • Works effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge and experience of working with CRM tools and systems
  • Possesses good organisational and taskoriented capabilities
  • Excellent oral, written skills and presentation skills
  • Possesses developed interpersonal skills to work in a high profile and fast paced team environment
  • Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products, proficient in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
