Part Time Administrator
Role Summary:
To provide part time administration support within a small team based in Newbury. This is a new vacancy due to company expansion leveraging the team's workflow. We are looking for excellent attention to detail, a real team player and a good work ethic.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Checking Purchase Invoices.
- Preparing Supplier payment runs.
- Matching supplier payments.
- Monitor and process receipts.
- Match Invoice and Overpayments.
- General Banking and updating Supplier bank details.
- Working with overseas currencies.
You:
- Part time hours over 5 days per week office based. Number of hours is negotiable.
- Living in or around the Newbury area.
- Eye for detail.
- Organised.
- Strong ability to manage own time and tasks.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
- Good general education with high levels of literacy and numeracy.
Hourly rate:
Flexible depending on experience.
Full training will be provided.
