Part Time Administrator

Role Summary:

To provide part time administration support within a small team based in Newbury. This is a new vacancy due to company expansion leveraging the team's workflow. We are looking for excellent attention to detail, a real team player and a good work ethic.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking Purchase Invoices.
  • Preparing Supplier payment runs.
  • Matching supplier payments.
  • Monitor and process receipts.
  • Match Invoice and Overpayments.
  • General Banking and updating Supplier bank details.
  • Working with overseas currencies.

You:


  • Part time hours over 5 days per week office based. Number of hours is negotiable.
  • Living in or around the Newbury area.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Organised.
  • Strong ability to manage own time and tasks.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:


  • Good general education with high levels of literacy and numeracy.

Hourly rate:
Flexible depending on experience.

Full training will be provided.
