About the Role
We are looking for a Patient Access Associate to join our Early Access Programs (EAP) division.

The Patient Access Associate will be responsible for working closely with the Project Managers to manage, on behalf of the pharma client, all healthcare professional's enquiries to access compassionate use medicines.

In addition, this person will have the critical role of guiding a healthcare professional step by step to determine, along with the Pharma company, the patient's eligibility to access a program and to guarantee all regulatory requirements per market are completed before shipment.

What will your job look like?

  • Be the Healthcare Professional contact point for all Early Access Programs (EAP)
  • Deliver against Patient Access specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify operational efficiencies and program enhancements and discuss them with the Line Manager
  • Support Physicians throughout the request process, and answer any queries promptly
  • Ensure all ordering physicians and delivery sites are verified
  • Manage situations where customers are distressed in a calm and solutionfocused manner
  • Advise customers on the regulatory landscape in their market, with support from the Bionical Emas' regulatory team and Line Manager
  • Ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met and ensure all countryspecific requirements are followed
  • Promote patient centricity throughout all programs

What will you need to succeed?

  • Desire to maintain awareness of industry trends in the Early Access Space
  • Customerfacing experience within a pharmaceutical company needed
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient access to critical treatments
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Sets the highest personal standards
  • A skilled and compelling communicator who can motivate and effectively manage customer expectations
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Effective presentation skills, relationship building and networking skills
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
