ISSAC Ltd are a rapidly expanding local company based in Ashington.

ISSAC Ltd provide care and support in the Northumberland and North Tyneside area. We deliver care in the domiciliary setting, enablement setting and ISL homes and children's sector. We as an organisation focus on providing good quality care to the individuals we care for.

We deliver in house training on a 1-1 basis to provide staff with the knowledge to carry out care in a quality manner.

Staff will be given all training required to the specifics of the persons you look after.

Personal development plays a major part in the development of the company and working as a team is paramount in to the working of the company.

We require waking night staff to work in the area of North Shield's

The role would be to look after a young male overnight, requiring a customised, responsive and high quality service, and to develop a trusting relationship and work as part of a 2 persons team overnight.

We are operating a rolling rota system so staff are allowed a work /life balance with ability to plan in advance.

Shifts will consist of 12 hour nights, on a continuous rolling rota.

As a worker you will support in all aspects of care as specified in the care plan for the individual to deliver quality person centred care.

Full driving licence preferred
