Description

The Clinical Fellow will work on the Tier 2 on-call rota, and as such will take on the responsibilities associated with this role, which is equivalent to that of a ST3+ trainee.

The Clinical Fellow will be supervised by a consultant.

The Clinical Fellow will need to respect the roles of others within a multidisciplinary team and communicate with them appropriately.

The weekly timetable will vary from week to week to accommodate the rolling rota of night shifts. It may include sessions in antenatal clinic, delivery suite, gynaecology outpatients, gynaecology theatre and the emergency gynaecology assessment unit, or other specialist sessions, depending on the individual job descriptions
