A new client of mine is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join their fast-paced team to join the Business Development team as a Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you will create consistent, sustainable profit-makingsales and generate new leads and business within the industry by identifying target markets and developing opportunities.
As a Business Development Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.- Identifying target markets and the decision makers within an organisation and develop client relationships to ensure successful conversion and repeat business.
- Achieve targets consistently and share best practice internally by providing specialist advise.
- Work closely with the Account Managers and Sales team to follow up on warm leads and attend client meetings geographically nationwide when required.
- Create your own successful sales pipeline to be able to successfully forecast company profits and track and maintain leads.
- At least 2 year's experience within a Business Development Role.
- Commercial industrial kitchen and catering experience.
- Ability to work individually and meet short deadlines and specific KPI's and excells targets.
- Confident with cold calling where required.
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills.
