Creditsafe is one of the UK's market leaders in providing business intelligence, transforming the way UK businesses use data.

Based in Caerphilly, we are looking for a talented Specialist Support Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in pipeline management, ensuring efficient workflow and meticulously tracking figures and conversion rates.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to identify training gaps, arrange comprehensive training sessions, and efficiently coordinate meetings.


Key Responsibilities


The desired person will build a good relationship with other departments and liaise regarding ongoing projects and feed information back to the team.

Keep track of product queries and ensure specialists are aware of any potential losses.


You will also assist head of operations in managing change and ensuring smooth operations throughout the business including taking over some key operational responsibilities for maternity cover from October.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and creating incentives
