Description
We're looking for an experienced multi skilled maintenance person to join our team.

You will be responsible for carrying out property maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive, to facilitate the smooth running of the service.

You will need to be experienced at decorating, fixing, tiling, painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, changing locks etc.


Main duties:


  • To manage inventory of tools and equipment
  • Manage routine maintenance and cleaning requirements
  • Visit properties to assess maintenance required.
  • To undertake and see through to completion any required maintenance work in the properties, for example, decorating, repairs, changing locks, tiling, basic electrics, plumbing and carpentry.
  • To carry out duties in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, respecting the tenants at all times.
  • To complete all necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • To provide an emergency callout maintenance service as and when required. To liaise with contractors, representatives and suppliers where required.
  • To carry out property inspections, when required.
  • To check fire alarms and adhere to fire safety regulations

The Person:


  • Self driven, flexible, ability to prioritise
  • Good communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
  • Previous Experience
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a car to multiple sites
  • Self motivated with desire for continual personal development.
  • Demonstrates ability for problem solving and providing long term solutions. Multiskilled across a range
  • Have a CSCS Card or willing to complete the course

£25,000.00 per year
