Client Details

Page Group are pleased to be working in partnership with a specialist manufacturing business based in Huddersfield who support customer across the UK and Internationally.

This will be a pivotal role for the business and will form part of the senior managementteam

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Constantly drive improvements of standard and service levels across the service department
Provide the Customer Service function with clear objectives, leadership and training
Work closely with transport function to arrange timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
Work with production team to manage lead times for customer expectations
Oversee & manage the installation engineers diaries, arranging the installations for all UK customers
Implement, review and drive SLA's & KPIs across the Customer Service function
Regularly review operating procedures and process to drive efficiency and cost saving across the business
Identify opportunities for improvement that will improve efficiency and service levels across the business

Profile

Experience in a similar Customer Service / Service Management role
Customer focused
Excellent communication skills
Process improvement knowledge
