Client Details


Page Group are pleased to be working in partnership with a specialist manufacturing business based in Huddersfield who support customer across the UK and Internationally.

This will be a pivotal role for the business and will form part of the senior managementteam


Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Constantly drive improvements of standard and service levels across the service department
  • Provide the Customer Service function with clear objectives, leadership and training
  • Work closely with transport function to arrange timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
  • Work with production team to manage lead times for customer expectations
  • Oversee & manage the installation engineers diaries, arranging the installations for all UK customers
  • Implement, review and drive SLA's & KPIs across the Customer Service function
  • Regularly review operating procedures and process to drive efficiency and cost saving across the business
  • Identify opportunities for improvement that will improve efficiency and service levels across the business

Profile

  • Experience in a similar Customer Service / Service Management role
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Process improvement knowledge

Job Offer
The role of Customer Service Manager will join a leading Manufacturing business at their offices in Huddersfield.

The position offers a salary of up to £44,000 dependent on experience along with excellent benefits including private medical insurance
