This role is developed into a brand new team to the bank, having taken over from a Consultancy that developed the foundations of an operating model.

This is an ongoing project which will surpass the 18 month mark.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Experiencein leading a team delivering data projects or programmes
  • Experience in setting up new date programme and developing new data delivery reporting and benefits tracking
  • A creative approach to problem solving and solution scoping
  • Experience delivering culturally change activities with regards to encouraging and support the development of data uses and experiences across an organisation
