Do you have the ambition to join one of the UK's largest and most successful retailer as a Store Manager in a flagship luxury store in Belfast ? We want a retail leader who is passionate about luxury service, can operate at Senior Store Manager level tomanage one of the most premium locations in Northern Ireland.

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a high-profile store in Belfast.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the retailer as a General Manager and have a direct impact on the business and its future direction in one of the best selectionsof product range in Northern Ireland for luxury.


The role of a Store Manager; is diverse, challenging, rewarding and hugely enjoyable; this really is a role that lets you use your luxury retail skills and experience.

You will be given the autonomy, the freedom and the control to drive your team and takethe business to the next level with retail sales and networking with high value clients/customers


What we want in our new Store Manager;

  • Manage a Solid team to achieve the highest levels of sales and service at all times
  • Be responsible for the highest profile store in the clients estate
  • Experience of working with leading luxury brands
  • Drive sales and performance with your management team
  • Undertake specialist service for high value clientele
  • Engage with exclusive customers for VIP events and specialist services
  • Utilise your Business Development teams to achieve results in key markets
  • Provide a unique service to high value clients and customers
  • Must be commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
  • Drive and manage CRM activity

As a luxury Store Manager you will be an active presence on the sales floor, you will be willing and able to support colleagues to develop and progress. It is important that you can work with your Head of Retail and be able to work on retail projectsand new initiatives as and when required. With a background in the luxury market, we are seeking an established General Manager/Store Manager who can succeed in an extremely competitive premium environment.

We can offer a basic salary between up to £50,000 plus bonuses and a great earning potential.
