Based at the award winning Carden Park Golf and Spa Resort, this proactive and reactive role is ideally suited to a person with a QS/Project Management background.

You will be responsible for overseeing numerous new build/refurbishment projects, both large and small, together with the supervision of maintenance activities at the resort, various estate properties and occasionally other locations.

• Instruct and oversee architects, designers and other professionals.
• Agreeing pricing/accounts and specifications for both £multimillion new build and refurbishment projects and small projects across the estate.
• Instruct and manage contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Oversee maintenance team at Carden Park Hotel and other estate properties.
• Track maintenance and repairs of buildings as well as anticipated long and shortterm improvements.
• Ensure compliance at all times to health and safety standards.
• To deliver a high standard of presentation at all times.

• Excellent communicator with a 'can do' attitude.
• Previous experience of managing a team.
