OTE £65k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisorto join a busy Estate Agency & Financial Services Group.

The company has well trained sales negotiators who provide copious quantities of warm leads to its prolific Mortgage Services Division.

You will have great attention to detail, the ability to spot business opportunities, demonstrate that you are self-motivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.

Skills:
The skills required for this Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Financial Services) role will include:

Previous experience as a
Mortgage Advisor:

-
CeMAP (or equivalent) Qualified

-
Competent Advisor Status (CAS):

Previous use of mortgage specific software
Skilled at cross selling opportunities
Smart & wellpresented
Wellspoken and articulate
Excellent telephone manner and superb interpersonal skills
Ambitious and selfmotivated
The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
Hold a full UK driving license
