JOB PURPOSE


The purpose of the Supply Chain Planner role is to ensure that the materials are available to meet the production plan.

Responsibilities cover the day to day materials planning, which includes tasks to coordinate with the production planners and the procurement team as well as the inventory management activities.

The Planner will have to be able to work collaboratively with operations, quality, category and procurement team.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Short term schedule of production lines to delivery target service level to the business
  • Work collaboratively with E2E team
  • Ensure materials availability for the production lines to complete the plans
  • Run exception and outstanding deliveries report on a daily basis
  • Update week on week material requirement planning (MRP)
  • Inbound deliveries booking in UTMS
  • Refer to AERA recommendations with regards to safety stock and PO rescheduling skills
  • Materials stock management in the warehouse
  • Stock levels management to meet inventory targets
  • Stock levels management in line with the seasonality of our products
  • Minimisation of business waste to meet obsoletes targets
  • MOQs analysis based on the demand, take actions with production planners and procurement
  • SAP hygiene, coordinate actions with logistics team and quality team

ALL ABOUT YOU

Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
  • Preferred previous experience in Supply Chain (production, materials and dispatch planning)

Skills:


  • Advanced SAP and Excel knowledge are essential
  • Autonomous working and decision making
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Ability to work together with cross functional teams (operations, quality, finance, procurement)
  • Problem solving
  • Communication skills
