Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment
• Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
• Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries, as needed

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Strong attention to detail to ensure beverages are prepared accurately and presented attractively
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
