B&M are excited to be holding a Recruitment Event for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Ortongate Shopping Centre, Peterborough
The event will be held on Tuesday 24th January from 10am until 4pm at our store in Ortongate Centre
:Peterborough, Cambridgeshire,
PE2 5TD.

This is a permanent, part time role to work 20 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts from 6pm until midnight.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you will support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to ensure the best store standards are delivered for our customers.

You will also:

Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean,& organised
Ensure that all staff are complaint with our Health & Safety policies
Operate & deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
Be passionate about delivering great customer service

It is essential that applicants have the following:

Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
Strong organisational skills
The ability to think on your feet
A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
