    Description

    HR Advisor

    A permanent HR Advisor is required to support the business in Leigh.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance to managers on effectively managing employee relations cases.
    • Oversee attraction, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Offer coaching and support to managers to attract top talent.
    • Assist with performance management within teams.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends to the HR Business Partner and management team.
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information.

    We are Looking for:

    • A generalist with solid experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or similar.
    • Proven experience with employee relations cases, demonstrated during the interview process.
    • CIPD qualification or working towards it is ideal.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with UK employment law.
