Key Deliverables

  • Reduction of unbilled works as an overall number and complete reduction of aged items
  • Reviewing and developing operational processes to improve performance and maximise growth
Skill and experience

  • Facilities management
  • Experience and understanding of PFI and/or SPV and of associated billing processes from a commercial perspective
  • Attention to detail
  • Tenacity to address and resolve issues both internally and externally
  • Business process mapping
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Location and Working Patterns

  • Location
  • South West London
  • Working pattern initially 5 days per week on site, move to hybrid working possible from month 2 onwards
  • To start as soon as possible
