We are thrilled to announce a new collaboration between Unlocking Language and EsSENtial Tutors, renowned for their expertise in tutoring special needs students.

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor who excels in creating, planning, and delivering personalised one-on-one and group lessons. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver lessons using set programmes and based on children's needs. Whether you possess experience as a tutor, teacher, or have worked therapeutically with children, your expertise will be invaluable.

Your goal will be to provide comprehensive support, re-ignite a student's passion for learning, reintroduce structure into their daily routine, foster continuous educational growth, and facilitate their successful return to school.

Responsibilities:

Develop individualised learning plans for students.
Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
Develop and implement strategies to help students develop critical thinking skills.
Encourage students to ask questions and engage in discussions.
Provide support and guidance to students in need of extra help.
Maintain accurate records of student progress.
