Focusing on:

Driving the strategic direction of the force, contributing to the strategic vision and setting direction and culture of the Force as part of the Chief Officer Group.

Leading and delivering effective and efficient support services to enable the best operational service for the public.

Being instrumental in the development of the Constabulary through providing outstanding personal leadership, seeking to increase the public confidence in the Constabulary and ensure we deliver the best service we can.

Being a champion of organisational change, deliver improved results and increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Modelling and promoting values, ethics and behaviours in line with police service expectations and the Code of Ethics.

Salary:
£108,000 - £120,000
