Job Summary:


Our modern manufacturing facility at Western Approach is an International Centre of Excellence in composite wing structure design and production, manufacturing composite wing spars and Fixed Trailing Edge assemblies for some of the world's most popular aircrafts.

We are seeking an
Executive Assistant to the
Site Director for a period of
12 months (maternity cover).

This is a medium site, with circa 250 team members and you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalised and timely administrative support for the leaders of distinct business units.

This is a collaborative, diverse and engaging role offering the flexibility to work from home for up to 2 days per week, dependent on the needs of the business.


How You'll Contribute:

As Executive Assistant to the Site Director, you will support the site director and:

  • Undertake day-to-day secretarial duties (administrative, travel booking, diary management). as well as typically expense processing and reporting, meeting arrangements, and event support.
  • Responsible for managing a budget of around £200k
  • Manage and coordinate Site Workwear for team members onsite
  • Act as point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely manner and accurate manner
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Attend monthly meetings with the safety team

What You'll Bring:

To help us make a difference, you'll bring your passion and talent for what you do along with the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes:

  • Disrection and confidentiality
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
