Job Brief
Specific Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
- Work closely with multiple teams internally/externally to triage requests correctly and efficiently
- Work with third parties (e.g. network providers/IT teams) to resolve queries and fulfil requests
- Monitor work streams to ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner
- Liaise with customers to resolve network & hardware related issues
- Updating internal/customer ticketing systems and ensuring asset databases are updated
- Liaise with customers to retrieve IT equipment
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
Experience and skills
- Some knowledge or passion of the telecoms industry would be beneficial but not required
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Effective communication skills (written and telephone)
- Customer service orientation is sought after, empathy with customers.
- Able to work independently within a team setting
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Calm under pressure
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Holiday
24 days per annum + bank holidays, rising to 29 days with service
Additional half day's annual leave each month
Location of Work
Due to the location of our offices you must hold a full UK driving license
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
