Description

We are working closely with a wonderful charity who are looking for a HR Advisor based in Winchester, Hampshire. This is a Permanent Part Time role that can be worked over 3 longer days or 4 shorter days.

You will be acting as the first point of contact for generic HR related queries as well as:

Manage relevant recruitment job boards
Review, create and update job descriptions
Support the HR team with L&D
Comanage staff relationships
Responding to HR queries

As the HR Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:

Experience working with volunteers
CIPD qualified level 3 or equivalent
Good communication skills
Experience of maintain HR databases
Problemsolving skills

In return as the HR Advisor, you will receive a FTE salary of £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience, you will be required to work 22.5 hours per week but days/time can be negotiable.
