HR Advisor - Winchester, United Kingdom - Personnel Placements
Description
We are working closely with a wonderful charity who are looking for a HR Advisor based in Winchester, Hampshire. This is a Permanent Part Time role that can be worked over 3 longer days or 4 shorter days.You will be acting as the first point of contact for generic HR related queries as well as:
- Manage relevant recruitment job boards
- Review, create and update job descriptions
- Support the HR team with L&D
- Comanage staff relationships
- Responding to HR queries
- Experience working with volunteers
- CIPD qualified level 3 or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Experience of maintain HR databases
- Problemsolving skills
In return as the HR Advisor, you will receive a FTE salary of £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience, you will be required to work 22.5 hours per week but days/time can be negotiable.
