Description:

Globallogic have multiple short term Summer opportunities, working in the below locations.

These roles will be working either 5 or 12 days in total (depending on location) and will involve visiting specific points of interest (such as cafes, restaurants, etc.).

The role will involve using a simple app on your phone that you can use to update the information of visited places, such as an address, name, contact information for one of our Mapping clients, in real time.

Requirements:

Key skills:

A mobile device based on Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.5+
Able to work independently/remotely/travel when required
Able to use/understand a map
Able to easily navigate in unfamiliar locations
Live/stay in or near Oxford
Good communication skills and ability to keep calm in complex situations

Preferences:

Pedestrian Data Collector (Newquay) - Short term Summer work (12 days in total) to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

Anyone with smartphone experience can do the job, and the rest will be taught by our specialists.

You can choose to work full time hours or to spread the work out over part time hours.

Please note there will be lots of walking (or cycling/scootering if preferred) involved so and you could cover up to 10km per day
