Sheffield Park Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced Lead Facilities Officer. The academy is part of United Learning, a national group of schools and academies. Sheffield Park Academy is an 11-18 Secondary and Sixth Form school.

This role requires a focussed individual that is organised and passionate about making a difference for our academy and for the local community.

The post-holder will deliver a good level of Facilities/Premises provision with a hands-on approach to undertake the work and have the ability to delegate and motivate the Facilities team.

We are looking for a Lead Facilities Officer who is:

Reliable, highly motivated and self-driven.
Experienced with an excellent knowledge and understanding of good facilities management.
Keen on attention to detail, has high standards and takes pride in their work.
Keen to be part of a collaborative team of staff in our cluster of schools.
A team player with good communication skills.
Flexible to support various events happening during opening and out of hours.
Someone with good maintenance and practical skills.
