• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
• Negotiate and close rental agreements
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the rental process
• Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
• Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract potential clients

• Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred, but not required
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
