This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 3 days minimum per week in the office.


The primary responsibilities of the Associate position will include evaluating and transacting on Infrastructure and Real Assets investment opportunities in both the secondary and direct co-investment markets.

Associates will gain exposure to all types of transactions including the evaluation and purchase of limited partnership interests in private equity infrastructure funds; structured secondary deals and liquidity solution for funds and sponsors; and direct transactions involving individual company interests.


  • Strong quantitative and modelling capabilities
  • Relevant background within infrastructure and real assets
  • Sound investment judgement
  • A high level of maturity
  • The ability to multitask with limited supervision
  • Superb interpersonal communication skills

What you will do:

  • Initial screening of new opportunities
  • Investment due diligence
  • Financial analysis and modelling
  • Developing investment recommendations
  • Negotiation of transaction terms
  • Coordination of closing and legal documentation
  • Investment monitoring
  • And other responsibilities as required

Education Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
  • Master of Arts (M.A) or equivalent experience
  • Master of Science (M.S) or equivalent experience
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience
