What you'll be responsible for:


  • Liaise with clients to provide appropriate creative advice and costeffective solutions
  • Translate client requests into formal written briefs, ensuring that final designs demonstrate a high level of ingenuity, integrity and intelligent visual interpretation of client request
  • Ensure designed material precisely and accurately fulfils or exceeds customer requirement and is appropriate to the target audience (as defined in client brief)
  • Ensure final designs clearly demonstrate the result of close collaboration between designer and client and that all efforts have been made to ensure that completed project exceeds the client's initial expectation and maximises the potential of the brief
  • Ensure designs demonstrate an appropriate interpretation of the context in which the product will be used and the goal or expected business / marketing outcome
  • Ensure all designs have production values appropriate to target audience/ client goal
  • Manage assigned workload, produce work schedules, and prioritise jobs to ensure work is delivered to deadline

You'll have the following skills/experience:


  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Minimum of two years post graduate commercial experience as a graphic designer
  • Experienced in producing effective and engaging presentation slides, both PDF and Powerpoint slide decks
  • Fluency in Mac operating system

Desirable Experience:


  • Experience in graphic design in healthcare
  • Experience of crossmedia marketing and social media campaigns
  • Experience of creating motion graphics for video and digital signage (e.g. Premiere, After Effects
  • Experienced in designing promotional / informative slides for inclusion in digital signage
  • Experience of working to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
