Fleet Business Unit Executive - 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Grade 5

Salary £26,000 per annum based on working 37.5 hours per week, plus upto 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities

Proposals:


  • Management & preparation of appropriate documentation for Credit Lines including presentation for underwriting and review of outstanding liabilities.
  • Maintain details of customers' credit limits, terms and utilisations
  • Providing and sending relevant finance documentation direct to fleet customers
  • Providing an internal back up for Fleet Development Managers
  • Management of all Undisclosed Agency (UDA) incoming credit line requests ensuring response is within agreed timescale
  • Provision of bespoke finance quotations
  • Loading and preparing of proposals into NGage.
  • Prepare Car Benefit Solutions proposals & Octopus EV

Payout:


  • Management of all incoming payout requests ensuring data checks and sign off fall within agreed timescale
  • Activating contracts in both NGage and CMS
  • Effectively manage the payout processes associated with all direct invoicing agreements, contract hire, multi asset agreements, variable rate agreements, customer loan cars, car benefit solutions/Octopus EV

Customer Service:


  • Ensure that Fleet customers' questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly
  • Provide account statements to fleet customers
  • Provide account servicing, such as name & contact detail amendments
  • Payment management, including due date, refunds & direct debit changes
  • Manage agreement enquiries, such as mileage or term remaining
  • Administer settlement & Early termination enquiries, helping to identify retention opportunities
  • End of Agreement management
  • Work with Kinto UK Limited to resolve Contract Hire customer queries and enquiries

General:


  • In conjunction with Business Intelligence, handle all operational requirements of AAMs and TFS management in respect of Fleet performance reporting
  • Maintain a high level of administrative support to TGB Fleet Accounts, Fleet Field and Toyota Business Dealers in respect of all TFS fleet related business
  • Maintain administration for Customer Loan Car and Fleet related marketing activity (e.g. Business Drive)
  • Responsibility for the selfmanagement of performance against published service standards in terms of response times and other commitments.
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly procedures/processes are completed within the agreed timescales.
  • Assisting with general queries generated by our network of Dealers, KINTO, Fleet Customers and TGB
