Description

Igloo has a new and exciting opportunity based at our Sandtoft office. We are currently looking for a recruitment resourcer to join an already established team, supporting the business growth.

About the role:

To support the recruitment consultants of the business in their daily administration tasks.
To use job boards to actively search for suitable staff to place in existing vacancies.
To keep consultants and your line manager up to date with your progress throughout the day.
To write job adverts in a variety of languages across a range of platforms.
To deal with job advert response effectively and efficiently.
Full training will be given on the job with experienced consultants
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have good attention to detail.
Must be able to work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
We are looking for someone with a positive, cando attitude to join the team.
Will be able to work on own initiative also as part of a team.
