We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator at our Refrigeration Distribution Centre in Morley, Leeds.

As Sales Ledger Administrator your duties will be to:

  • Post daily bacs and check customer receipts
  • Reconcile daily bank receipts to the sales ledger
  • Contact customers for remittances and ensure all receipts are allocated
  • Ensure all receipts are posted and reconciled within communicated deadlines
  • Provide telephone cover for credit control when required
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department
An ideal Sales Ledger Administrator will hold the following skills and experience:


Experience:


  • Highly numerate with experience in a similar role

Technical skills:


  • Good knowledge of Microsoft systems including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of SAP or similar accounting systems

Personal skills:


  • Good communication
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
  • Team orientated
Your normal working hours will be based on a 37.5 hour working week.

There are 4 wholesalers within the group; Dean & Wood Ltd, HRP Ltd, RW Refrigeration Wholesale Ltd and DWG Refrigeration Wholesale Ltd (Ireland).

Also within the group is our MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) air conditioning business, Beijer Ref Refrigerants and Beijer Ref Academy.
