Description

Award winning used car dealership who have relocated to a new 350 car site in Aldrige.

as an After Sales Service Advisor, your role is vital in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support by streamlining the process both pre & post sale.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

Speaking to retail customers, understanding there Aftersales needs, planning a solution with the workshop manager whilst keeping the customer updated.

Responsable for ensuring communication is consistent with both the customer and the workshop

Ordering parts that are required both pre and post sale and ensuring they are available when needed

Arranging the logistics of getting the car ready for handover

You must be self motivated and able to manage your time and others effectively and lead by example.

£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
