We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers in person
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer service goals

  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
From £23,956.98 per year
