    Junior New Homes Sales Negotiator

    Leading Property Developer - South East London

    Salary:
    £27,000 basic + OTE £40,000

    Location:
    South East London

    Hours:
    5 days a week, Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am-5:00pm

    About the Opportunity

    A leading property developer is seeking a dynamic Junior New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our team at a prestigious waterfront development. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to launch or advance their career in new homes sales within a premium London development.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Conducting property viewings and managing walk-in enquiries
    • Handling sales negotiations and managing the sales process from enquiry to exchange
    • Coordinating appointments and managing the sales diary
    • Conducting home inspections with potential buyers
    • Providing front desk coverage and maintaining professional reception standards
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout their buying journey
    • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting

    What We're Looking For

    Essential:

    • Polished, professional presentation and excellent communication skills
    • Strong customer service background with a genuine passion for helping clients
    • Previous sales experience (new homes, estate agency, car sales, or viewing assistant roles welcomed)
    • Energetic, proactive approach with the ability to multitask effectively
    • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
    • Hungry to learn and develop within the property industry

    Desirable:

    • New homes sales experience
    • Estate agency background
    • Office management experience
    • Knowledge of the local property market

    What We Offer

    • Competitive basic salary of £27,000 with realistic OTE of £40,000

    Working Hours

    • Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
    • Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am - 5:00pm
