Job Title:
Contract Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Salary:
£26k

Location:
Euston (NO WFH OPTION)

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8-5

A company that is well established within the M&E and FM industry is looking for a Contract Administrator to work on site with one of their most prestigious clients as a Contract Administrator, this role will be on a temp to perm basis.

So if you are organised, confident, pro-active, efficient in MS Word and Excel and have fantastic people skills and able to manage Engineer's this role could be for you

Duties

At least 3 years experience working within a challenging service and maintenance department
Experience of using and understanding a CAFM system
Ability to coordinate, administrate and manage reactive PPM works
Provide support to the Contract Manager
Invoicing for works
Raising of quotes
