Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems as a great creative problemsolver
Work closely with designers, electronics, software engineers, and other skill teams to integrate the visual and functional aspects of a product to create classleading designs
Guide, support, and check the work of the more junior members of the engineering team
Manage the financial and commercial aspects of projects as well as leading the technical work, selecting and organizing the team, managing budgets and timescales, liaising with and presenting to clients
Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with clients and colleagues
Be enthusiastic, hardworking, and proud of your work

Requirements:

A 1st or Upper 2nd degree in mechanical engineering from a university with a strong engineering reputation or an equivalent broadbased technical qualification
Track record of delivering exceptional results across wideranging projects and overseeing projects and client relations
Knowledge and experience in low volume rapid prototyping technologies as well as high volume processes such as injection moulding
Ability to work in our Warwick studios and eligible to work in the UK
