Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems as a great creative problemsolver
  • Work closely with designers, electronics, software engineers, and other skill teams to integrate the visual and functional aspects of a product to create classleading designs
  • Guide, support, and check the work of the more junior members of the engineering team
  • Manage the financial and commercial aspects of projects as well as leading the technical work, selecting and organizing the team, managing budgets and timescales, liaising with and presenting to clients
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with clients and colleagues
  • Be enthusiastic, hardworking, and proud of your work

Requirements:


  • A 1st or Upper 2nd degree in mechanical engineering from a university with a strong engineering reputation or an equivalent broadbased technical qualification
  • Track record of delivering exceptional results across wideranging projects and overseeing projects and client relations
  • Knowledge and experience in low volume rapid prototyping technologies as well as high volume processes such as injection moulding
  • Ability to work in our Warwick studios and eligible to work in the UK
