Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems as a great creative problemsolver
- Work closely with designers, electronics, software engineers, and other skill teams to integrate the visual and functional aspects of a product to create classleading designs
- Guide, support, and check the work of the more junior members of the engineering team
- Manage the financial and commercial aspects of projects as well as leading the technical work, selecting and organizing the team, managing budgets and timescales, liaising with and presenting to clients
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Be enthusiastic, hardworking, and proud of your work
Requirements:
- A 1st or Upper 2nd degree in mechanical engineering from a university with a strong engineering reputation or an equivalent broadbased technical qualification
- Track record of delivering exceptional results across wideranging projects and overseeing projects and client relations
- Knowledge and experience in low volume rapid prototyping technologies as well as high volume processes such as injection moulding
- Ability to work in our Warwick studios and eligible to work in the UK
