Commercial Broker - Bridging Finance, Development Finance & Commercial Mortgages
Home based / Leads Provided


This is unique opportunity for 2 talented Commercial Brokers to specialise with in providing property finance solutions within the bridging finance, development finance and commercial mortgage sector.


You will have access to a ready made lead source, arranging finance for property developers, securing finance from some of the best specialist lenders in the market.

Experience required:


  • You must have a minimum 18 months experience working within specialist property finance sector (Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages).
  • You will be self motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Degree educated is highly desirable but not essential.

Salary:

£3- 50k basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
