VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a leader in Telecoms throughout UK and Ireland with the Recruitment of two Administrative Co Ordinator's in their Omagh office.


Responsibilities for Administrative Coordinator

  • Aid staff, managers within design to support operation and delivery of works from design to build.
  • Create, prepare, and deliver reports within the Design department.
  • Receive and forward communications to different staff and departments.
  • Working on software systems such as 'Work Flow Max', 'Site Tracker' and other industry PMO platforms.
  • Tracking and recording progress of design submissions and allocating costing to external platforms.

Qualifications for Administrative Coordinator

  • Associate's degree in office administration may be preferred
  • 01 years experience for entrylevel positions
  • Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment, copy machines, and phone systems,laptops

Salary:
£20,770.19-£22,401.08 per year
