We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and highly committed people that share our core values to join our team in Bedford and start their tutoring/teaching career at SSG

You don't need to have experience of teaching or tutoring previously as full training will be provided and we will also fully fund your L3 Education and Training teaching qualification as well as your assessor qualification that is delivered by our very own in-house trainer meaning as you gain experience you will also gain qualifications.

What we can offer you

A competitive salary of up to £24,000 per annum whilst you complete your training
A role tutoring 1618yearolds in basic skills or sports
A dedicated personal tutor working with you to achieve your Level 3 Education and Training Teaching Qualification
A guaranteed permanent tutoring position post qualifying

What you will do

You will work to deliver facetoface sessions with small groups of learners aged 161
Positively engage groups and build relationships with participants to make learning enjoyable
Utilise a range of wellestablished educational processes to appropriately plan, deliver and monitor success of provision

What you need

Experience or knowledge of working with young adults (essential)
An enhanced DBS Disclosure (essential)
A positive cando attitude (essential)
A willingness to support people and a desire to make a real difference to people's lives (essential)
Ability to travel across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire (essential)
