Job description:


Crunch free developer, Warp Digital are looking for a Senior Game Designer to join their team and work across two titles, a casual adventure platformer and a horror strategy title giving you plenty of variety in your role.

As a Senior Game Designer at Warp, you'll be proactively contributing to the quality of their games designing and implementing systems, mechanics, gameplay and level design aligned with the vision set for the games and IPs.

Warp Digital's studio is in a fantastic central London location, only two stops from the iconic London Bridge However, this role can be worked remotely from within the UK.


Your responsibilities

  • Enhance game quality, player engagement, balancing and experience through playing the game and integrating playtest feedback
  • Collaborate with Gameplay Programmers, Technical Artists and Environment Artists to foster a positive relationship and involvement in the design process
  • Work with the leadership team to verify task estimations, communicating progress on quality, scope and alignment with game vision
  • Participate in design reviews and playtests, accepting feedback and implementing constructive solutions

The skills and experience you'll bring to the role

  • 4 or more years professional design experience in the games industry using Unity
  • Shipped one or more PC or console titles
  • Experience working with Unity
  • Comfortable selfmanaging and meeting project timelines
  • Happy to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills in English
