Sexton's Manor is a very friendly and successful primary school with very supportive staff in the historic town of Bury St Edmunds.

We are a well-equipped school with extensive grounds.

The Early Years children from Riverwalk Special School are co-located on the site.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about meeting and supporting the needs of children across the school.

Within this role you will be a designated Safeguarding Lead, working in partnership with the alternate DSLs.

The role also includes liaising with the school Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) to support pastoral needs of our children and families.

You will need to be a good listener, approachable, and organised with excellent communication skills.

Appropriate training and support will be given.
